Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Lizam bin Mohd Diah is an Associate Professor of Real Estate Investment at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). He is currently the Dean at the Faculty of Technology Management and Business, UTHM. Before appointed to his current position, he has served the faculty as the Deputy Dean (Academic and Internationalisation), Deputy Dean (Research and Development) and the Head of Department – real estate. He joined UTHM (then Kolej Universiti Tun Hussein Onn) in 2003 as a lecturer in the department of real estate management. He has vast experience in teaching at both, undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Some of the courses that he is currently teaching including real estate economics, real estate investment and appraisals, real estate investment and business valuation. His research interest includes construction of property price index, housing market segmentation, real estate investment, finance, corporate governance, corporate real estate, GIS technology application in real estate, urbanisation and smart cities. In line with his research interest, Dr Mohd Lizam has published various research papers that reflect his research interest. His other professional activities including serving as a reviewer for the Journal of Housing Markets and Analysis.
