ORAL PRESENTATION MODE
Getting your slides ready for presentation and publication are below. Oral presenter will attend the conference and present live to an audience.
- Opportunity to do a Live Physical Presentation at the Conference.
- Each Presenter will get 12 Minutes to do their Presentation (PPT is Recommended).
- Each Presenter will have 03 Minutes for Q&A Session.
VIRTUAL PRESENTATION MODE
In order to provide participants more flexibility, we offer the option to attend in-person onsite or virtual/online via our dedicated conference virtual platform.
Guidelines
Live Presentation
- Presenters are required to attend in-person online and make 10-12 minutes presentations (including Q & A).
- The platform is Zoom.
- Use the virtual background set by the organizer
- Presenters are required to be on standby 15 minutes before time given in scheduled
Video Recording
- Presenters are required to record video within 7–10 minutes presentation.
- Please use MP4 format as video recording
- Use the virtual background set by the organizer
- Please upload the video recording in folder provided google drive (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1gxPxgDOjCyXJUSbpdD9GgDMz6HubqhSe?usp=drive_link), follow by arrangement number of registration
- On conference days, presenters are not required to be on standby. No video presentation will be played, and no Q&A session. We only use video recording for documentation and journal purposes.
