1. Register as a Participant/Listener

To register as a participant/listener, please fill out the Registration Form for Participants/Listeners and send it to us via email before the registration deadline. We will contact you after reviewing your form.

2. Register as a Poster Presenter

To register as a poster presenter, you need to submit the poster of your paper before the submission deadline. The conference committee will conduct a brief review, and if your poster passes the review, you will be granted the opportunity to present your paper.

3. Register as an Author (for Full Paper)

To register as an author, you must submit your full paper before the submission deadline. Your paper will undergo a preliminary review and a peer review process. You will be informed of the review status by the notification date. If accepted, your paper will be published in the conference proceedings, and you will be entitled to present your paper at the conference.
