On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I am delighted to welcome all delegates and participants to UNESCO world heritage site, Melaka, where we host the 4th series of International Conference of Technology Management, Business and Entrepreneurship (ICTMBE 2015).  This conference intends to bring delegates to share knowledge, exchange experiences and disseminate ideas with its central theme “Sustaining Entrepreneurial Ecosystem through Technology Innovation”

This 4th ICTMBE series has received overwhelming response from authors who want to participate in this conference and we are glad that most papers submitted are accepted to be presented in this conference, some without correction and some with corrections. For the first time in the ICTMBE    conference series, all accepted papers that are presented in this conference, will be included in the Special Issues of Mediterranean Journal of Social Sciences, a Scopus indexed journal.

I would like to extend my outmost gratitude to our honorable guests, Ms. Amy Blair, a social entrepreneur, from The Batik Boutique, Datin Dr Syahira Hamidon, head of the Entrepreneurship Unit at the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), Malaysia, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wan, Fauziah binti Wan Yusoff, Director of Center of Business and Entrepreneurship, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, for their willingness to participate as our keynote speakers for this conference I would also like to highlight that this is the 4th time that the Faculty of Technology Management and Business, University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia has been partnered with UTHM Commercial Sdn. Bhd. who has been providing the necessary support to make this event a reality. Therefore I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to those who have directly or indirectly contributed their commitment and energy organizing this event especially to the organizing committees who have been workeing very hard for making this conference a great success.

Finally, I hope all the delegates will have a good time and take advantage of the many sights to see in this charming and beautiful historical city during your stay here, in Melaka.
