Ir. Dr. Kong Weng-Keong is the Managing Director of Telford Industry (M) Sdn Bhd. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, U.K., completed in 2023. His extensive academic background includes a Master of Studies in Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment from the University of Cambridge, U.K. (2013), an MBA from Nottingham Trent University, U.K. (2012), a Master of Science in Building Science from the National University of Singapore (2005), a Master of Science in Construction Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (2003), and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Salford, U.K. (2000). He is an active leader in the industry, serving as the President of the Johor Master Builder Association since 2022, Deputy President of the Chartered Institute of Building, UK (Malaysia) since 2023, and Director of Southern University College since 2024. He also holds the position of Vice Secretary General at the Johor Bahru Chamber of Commerce & Industry, a role he has held since 2024.
