Ir. Ts. Shaiful Khalid boasts an illustrious career spanning over 22 years, marked by extensive experience in both domestic and international projects. His significant contributions have been pivotal in major undertakings such as the Urga Development in Uzbekistan, Yetagun Booster Compression Platform in Myanmar, Yetagun Topside Fabrication in Thailand, Bukit Tua Remediation in Indonesia, and the Baronia Rejuvenation and IRSO projects in Sarawak. His expertise covers the entire project lifecycle, from managing capital projects across PETRONAS to leading engineering units within PETRONAS Carigali, PETRONAS Delivery & Technology (PD&T), and PETRONAS NGV.A true visionary, Ir. Ts. Shaiful Khalid has been the driving force behind groundbreaking initiatives, including the development of D21, Malaysia's first refurbished platform, the strategic relocation of PFLNG 1 from Sarawak to Sabah waters, and the introduction of innovative methodologies like Target Cost Setting in projects. His forward-thinking approach also led to the creation of new Technical Intelligence and the establishment of PETRONAS' first-ever Drone Center units.

Ir. Ts. Shaiful Khalid is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Malaya, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA. Currently pursuing a PhD, he continues to exemplify a commitment to excellence and lifelong learning. He is a Certified Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering and a Certified Technologist specializing in the Oil & Gas sector. His professional acumen and dedication to the industry are further evidenced by his role as an Industry Panel Advisory member for University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) in Batu Pahat.
